Warranty programs
Decisions for clients concerning post-warranty replacement of hitech and telecom equipment:
- delivery of warranty equivalents (on DDP terms) on door-to-door terms for imported equipment;
- warranty replacement for clients (users): a new part in exchange for a failed part (as appropriate);
- a stock of new parts in Moscow for temporary (1—2 days) replacement of equipment (for Russian clients), for Moscow clients — later on the same day;

re-export of bad parts for repair, as appropriate;
- a warehouse for storing and distribution of clients parts and components in Russia;
- foreign agents services for imported goods;
- temporary airfreight delivery of parts and components, customs registration;
- the organization of the customs formalities in the mode of processing conditions outside the customs territory of the Russian Federation.
